RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY (RTT)
I began my training in counselling over 25 years ago, driven by a passion for understanding how we heal. I went on to train in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a more modern approach that offered powerful tools, though I found it wasn’t always easy to access on a deeper level.
In my ongoing search for a more effective and lasting approach to healing, I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). It combines the most powerful elements of NLP, Psychotherapy, CBT, and Neuroscience — and for me, it was the breakthrough I’d been looking for.

WHAT IS RTT?A combination of techniques that provide people with tools to change their lives.

HOW DOES IT WORK?Through hypnosis ( which is no different than simply being relaxed) the mind is lead back to the root cause of the issue. When identifying how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviours were created, these can then be changed.

IS RTT SAFE?Yes. I create a safe and controlled therapeutic environment. Clients remain aware and in control throughout the session.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?A session takes about 90-120 minutes. I make a recording (which is only my voice) at the end of the session which is approximately 12-15 minutes, which you will need to listen to everyday for 28 days in order to install the new beliefs. This stops the mind from going back to what has always been familiar.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM A SESSION?I will help you reach a deeply relaxed state to enable you to focus on past events. We will work together to uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the time and the beliefs you formed as a result. You can then move on to reframe the way you look at the past from your adult perspective today.

HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE NEEDED?RTT will require far fewer sessions than traditional therapies. The number of sessions needed varies from person to person.

IS RTT HYPNOTHERAPY?RTT embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients. However, the RTT® method goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy by diagnosing what works best with clients to build a new, highly effective therapeutic approach.

WHAT ACCREDITATIONS DO YOU HOLD?The RTT program accreditation differs from other qualifications as the training is very experiential and provides students access to complete therapy sessions. RTT training includes practice sessions to master the method, guided support, regular masterclasses to dive deeper into topics, plus a community of peers and RTT graduates on hand for support.
